Help drive the overall success of the practice by achieving patient satisfaction, team engagement, and key operational and financial objectives. Track and review production, collections, and accounts receivable metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Excel in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Lead, coach, and support office team members through training, mentorship, and delegation of tasks. Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve practice performance and efficiency. Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including patient experience, team development, accountability, and financial outcomes. Remain adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support the needs of the practice. Position Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing. AR/AP experience, along with fundamental accounting skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow withattention to detail. Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Ability to think strategically. Ability to work independently. Experience Required: 1-5 years of management experience in a dental office. Familiarity with dental billing, including PPO and fee-for-service insurance models. Self-motivated and ambitious. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
