Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of new features for our Payments Platform. This role requires a strong technical lead who can drive project success, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high code quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based microservices, robust payment systems, and high-volume transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new features for the Payments Platform, focusing on payment infrastructure.
- Write high-quality code, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design and develop robust microservices within a cloud-based architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams to facilitate understanding and action.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience with C# (.NET Core).
- Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Proven experience with event/stream processing (Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, AzureBus).
