Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele) Asheville, North Carolina
A Telemetry (Tele) Registered Nurse is needed for an Adult Med Surg unit in Asheville, North Carolina. This role supports patients requiring telemetry monitoring by assessing patient status and escalating acuity changes to the appropriate clinical leadership promptly. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day Shift or Night Shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to demonstrate telemetry rhythm capabilities
  • Ability to assess med surg level patients and alert the Charge RN, Manager, Rapid Response team, or Provider when acuity level changes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to report on time for scheduled work shifts
  • Experience level: 0.0 years
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Additional Information:
  • The unit follows required shift huddles at 6:50 AM or 6:50 PM, and meal breaks require clocking out and back in.
  • Shift start times require clocking in no earlier than 6:38 AM or 6:38 PM, depending on the shift.
