Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the state
• Experience in Operating Room nursing
• EMR proficiency in Allscripts
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care
• Supervision skills to oversee delegated care
• Strong commitment to high-quality and safe nursing care

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for assigned patients
• Implement direct clinical care during shifts
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care
• Support management to ensure competency and resource management
