Full Time Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. This role will provide support to the Managers and Sales Associates which is instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that reflect genuine Care . Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of Deliver positive results. Master time‑management, setting priorities and delegating tasks efficiently. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail POS systems. At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible for nights, weekends, holidays; can stand for extended periods, lift 50 lb+, and arrive punctually. Compensation and Benefits $16.85 per hour – $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience (Nevada). Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401(k) retirement plan.
