Hourly Automotive Technician

Ideal opportunity for developing technicians looking to build experience in a high-volume Acura dealership environment.

Responsibilities

As an Hourly Automotive Technician , you will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake work, and tire rotations.
  • Address customer concerns with thorough and accurate vehicle inspections.
• Service Excellence:
  • Work with Service Advisors to provide clear explanations of required services and repairs.
  • Perform warranty work following manufacturer guidelines and documentation standards.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Assist other technicians and team members when needed.
  • Stay up to date on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through training programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or relevant certification (e.g., ASE).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive school certification preferred).

We are a team of 60+ employees who strive every day to make Acura of Bellevue a great place to work, a great place for our clients to get their automotive needs taken care of, and to provide the best value to our clients.

Benefits:

Hourly Pay Range: $20–$27 per hour (DOE)
