Patient Population

• Post-hospitalization recovery
• Orthopedic conditions
• Neurological diagnoses

Requirements

• Active Washington OT License
• Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the last 3 years
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience preferred
• Strong documentation and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
