$7,500 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time Evening Shift

Full Time | Evening Shifts | Flexible Scheduling - 8 or 10 Hour Shifts
Full Time | Night Shifts
Part Time | Day and Evening Shifts - Every Other Weekend, Only!

Pay: $26.50-$36/hour
based on experience & shift differentials

LPN Qualifications:

• Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license

What You'll Do:
As an LPN , you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands-on, compassionate care:

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status
• Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
