What You'll Do

Drive Enrollment & Sales Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.

Manage Leads & Follow-Up Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication.

Support Front Desk Sales Execution Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging.

Guide the Family Journey & Experience Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.

Track Performance & Results Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance.

Represent the Aqua-Tots Brand Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions.

What We're Looking For

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Availability to work evenings and weekends
