Monitor and document patient status; communicate changes to the care team. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Identify and promptly escalate critical changes in patient condition. Adhere to evidence-based protocols; ensure compliance with safety standards. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven performance and outcome tracking. Manage workload efficiently to meet target benchmarks and pipeline expectations. Maintain accurate documentation for billing, compliance, and quality metrics. Participate in on-site training and professional development opportunities. Educate patients and families on ICU processes, care plans, and discharge expectations. Contribute to a high-visibility work environment by reporting progress and outcomes. Support on-site quality improvement projects and risk reduction initiatives. Experience/Qualifications Licensed RN with current ICU or critical care certification. BLS and ACLS certification with ability to perform rapid response. Experience in critical care patient assessment and documentation in EMR. Strong communication to elevate changes and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to meet tight patient throughput and pipeline benchmarks. Proficiency with evidence-based ICU protocols and safety standards. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking outcomes and quality metrics. On-site training participation and ongoing professional development commitment. Patient and family education skills regarding ICU care plans and discharge. Ability to contribute to quality improvement and risk reduction projects. What's in it for you?
