Able to independently handle standard digital/wide‑format print jobs, file setup and adjustments, equipment setup, customer intake, and day-to-day production tasks. Potential for growth to senior specialist level to independently manage complex or high‑value jobs, oversee color consistency, build and manage print queue, help improve workflows, and train and coach others. Desired Qualifications Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva proficiency. Experience with EFI Fiery, VersaWorks, Epson Edge, or similar RIP software is a strong plus Strong grasp of digital/wide‑format printing, color management, pre‑press, and paper stocks A positive, dependable, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20–$24; placement based on experience, software expertise, and production ability Hours: Part‑time – 16–28 hrs/week. Potential to grow to full‑time position. Flexible work schedule possible.
