Tessera is seeking a Business Analyst II to support Workday, HRIS, and payroll processes from a remote US location. You will gather requirements, configure Workday workflows, and lead projects across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HRIS/Workday with strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver compliant, efficient solutions.
