Job Full Description Job Title: Press Machine Operator | Manufacturing | 1st Shift or 2nd Shift | 3/4-Day Work Week
Location: Elroy, WI
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday OT as needed) for $20/hour
2nd Shift: 3-12 hour shifts Monday-Thursday, 4pm-4am--Train on 1st, move to 2nd for $22/hour Express Employment Professionals is hiring Press Machine Operators and Manufacturing Associates for a growing company in Elroy, WI that specializes in custom wire forming and fastener production .
This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, metal forming, or production work who are looking for steady hours and long weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press machines and production equipment to form custom wire and fastener products
- Load materials and monitor machines during operation
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and gauges
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support general manufacturing and production processes
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production preferred
- Ability to use basic measuring tools and perform simple math
- Comfortable working with metal materials and machinery
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Strong attendance and dependable work history
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3/4-day work week - enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks
