Provide critical care to patients in the ICU. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning. Adhere to safety and quality guidelines within the unit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
