If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: ReceptionistLocation: Pittsburgh, Pa.Duration: 3 MonthsWork Schedule: Monday through Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PMPay rate: $18.00Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Answer and route incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.Welcome and assist visitors and guests to the Law Department.Open, sort, and log incoming mail into the department's mail tracking system.Perform administrative and secretarial tasks, including word processing, filing, and record maintenance.Enter and maintain data in department systems such as HighQ, OnBase, and JD Edwards.Provide additional administrative support as assigned by the Office Manager.To be considered for this position, you should have:Knowledge of standard office procedures, record keeping, filing, and proofreading.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and visitors.Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
