Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braselton, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, answering general inquiries, and assisting with order processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Braselton, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate information regarding products, services, and general inquiries.

• Assist with customer reorders by contacting patients to verify order details and accurately processing orders within the company’s system.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Support various projects and departmental initiatives as assigned, with training provided.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Follow established procedures and company guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in challenging situations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and maintaining records.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or order processing experience preferred.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
