Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for guests. Maintain high morale among engineering staff, provide training on equipment maintenance and repair, solicit suggestions, coach and counsel team members, and consistently achieve departmental standards while addressing issues promptly.
