• Follow a guaranteed system to generate buyers and sellers every week
• Convert warm, incoming leads using battle-tested scripts and tools
• Set and hold qualified buyer and seller consultations
• Analyze client goals and help them win in this market
• Negotiate deals with confidence-on both sides of the table
• Master the PLACE Launch program so you're not just licensed, you're equipped
• Host open houses that actually drive business (2 per month)
• Convert your prospecting into appointments-and your appointments into contracts
• Become a neighborhood and pricing expert
• List homes, market them with pro tools, and build a name people remember
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and script practice to sharpen your edge
• Show up as a business owner, not just an agent-we'll show you how

• Unshakable when faced with objections -you pivot, don't panic
• Coachable and open to learning high-performance scripts and strategies
• Ultra-organized with time management that keeps you ahead, not behind
• Strong communicator in any setting-text, call, email, or across the table
• A real estate license (or in the works- we'll help you get there )
• 3+ years in real estate sales preferred , but hungry rookies will be considered
