Store Manager – Fashion Boutique – $25/hour
Part-Time or Full-Time | 3–5 Days per Week

LanaBlu boutique is looking for a reliable, motivated Store Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Manhattan fashion boutique.

We are flexible for the right person. This position can be part-time (3–4 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week) . We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the store independently during their scheduled days.

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 3–5 days per week, depending on availability and experience
Long-term position

The Store Manager will be responsible for running daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, handling sales and cash/POS transactions, keeping the store organized and visually appealing, merchandising new products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Social media will also be part of the position. You do not need to be a professional social media manager, but you should have some basic experience and feel comfortable using platforms such as Instagram. This may include taking photos and short videos of merchandise, creating Stories or simple Reels, and helping showcase new products and the store.

Creativity and willingness to learn are more important than being an expert. We are happy to help the right person develop stronger social media skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail experience, preferably with some supervisory, key-holder or management responsibility
• Is reliable, responsible and comfortable working independently
• Can confidently manage day-to-day store operations
• Provides excellent customer service and enjoys working with people
• Has experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Has an interest in fashion, styling and merchandising
• Has basic social media skills and is comfortable taking photos and short videos
• Is willing to learn and improve social media content skills
• Is organized, proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Is looking for a stable, long-term position rather than temporary or seasonal work

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the independence and responsibility of managing a boutique without the corporate environment of a large retail chain.

There is also room to grow with the business and take on additional responsibility over time.
