The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and be skilled at building relationships, developing strategies to achieve sales goals, and assisting and motivating the sales team. Responsibilities Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base. Identifying new business opportunities and forging strong relationships with clients. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge while ensuring the sales team is on board. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Leading weekly sales meetings. Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Liaising with the production team to ensure brand consistency and top quality products. Training and mentoring sales team members on best practices for improved performance. Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the signage or related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication abilities. A strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
