Hotel General Manager: Profit, People & Guest Experience
Highgate
Residence Inn Chicago O'Hare is seeking a General Manager to drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and employee development while upholding Highgate Hotel standards.
The role requires leading operations daily, coordinating weekly training, managing budgets, driving sales with key accounts, overseeing MOD coverage, and ensuring compliance with corporate SOPs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
