What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): We’re looking for Servers who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you love engaging with guests and creating memorable dining experiences, join our team today. What You’ll Bring (Requirements): A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the Fast‑Casual Restaurant industry, required. Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred. Proficiency in POS systems. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required. Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
