Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans within an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other prescribed physical therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status, progress, and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Pennsylvania (permanent state license required; compact license alone is not sufficient)
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
