Land Acquisition Analyst

Supporting the Land Acquisition Team, the full-time Land Acquisition Analyst will identify new land opportunities, conduct research, and manage land data to enhance profitability, while working in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects Extract and analyze data from various sources to assist in market studies and due diligence Track critical date timelines for due diligence and prepare documentation for lot committee presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant experience 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS Real estate or market research experience preferred Strong desire to work in land acquisition
