Delivery Driver/Warehouse SelectorWe are an industry-leading family-owned hospitality/culinary concierge service in South Shore Massachusetts, delivering superior products to food service establishments. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, organized, dependable, and professional delivery drivers/warehouse selectors to become part of our incredible in-house Delivery Team. We have a collaborative and rewarding company culture with a self-contained warehouse facility, where we maintain and drive our own custom fleet of delivery van vehicles.The main duties of this position include:Picking orders and loading vans prior to driving to locationsDelivering products in a timely, orderly, and professional manner on a specified routeCollecting required signatures/paperwork, and submitting to our office staffPerforming all end-of-shift duties, including basic cleaning and maintenance of delivery vans*Please take note that a pre-employment physical/lift test is a requirement of this position to ensure the safety of our employees*We're an amazing company - come join us!Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary - starting at $22 hour+ depending on experienceEligible for health, vision, and dental insurance after the introductory period (full-time only)Room for growth within the companyCollaborative and positive work environmentAllowance for bootsMonthly cell phone reimbursementSchedule: We prefer full-time availability, but part-time is negotiable for the right candidates.The exact schedule is TBD based on employee status (full or part-time) and delivery routes.We look forward to meeting you!The Team at Land & Sea ProvisionsRequirements:Skills, qualifications & requirements:A valid driver's license and clean driving record2+ years of professional driving experiencePhysical ability to lift, load and unload cargo at the warehouse and to load and unload delivery vans at delivery sites (50+lbs)Knowledge of quality control and how to handle food materials safelyFamiliarity with using GPS navigation systemsTime management to ensure deliveries are made on scheduleAbility to adapt to and drive safely in different weather conditions when making deliveriesProfessional demeanor and ability to represent the company professionally at all timesGreat communication and customer service skills*A pre-employment physical exam, lift test and background/driving record report are provided and required for this position*
