This full-time position is based in our Orlando, Florida, United States office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our mission to help patients lead more comfortable and productive lives by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to precision and excellence. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $29 USD .

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:

 

• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems.
• Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Reviewing documents and source materials for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient and company information in line with data protection policies.
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
• Scanning documents and printing files when necessary to maintain organised records.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

 

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification is considered an asset.
• An ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work.
