Estate Planning Paralegal

We’re a boutique law firm with a strong focus on real estate transactions, estate planning, and bankruptcy. We’re seeking an Estate Planning Paralegalto support our estate planning attorney and help grow this part of our practice. Draft and manage estate planning documents: wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives Support estate planning attorney with client intake, scheduling, and document execution Maintain organized client files and track deadlines Prepare asset summaries and trust funding documents Communicate with clients and third parties professionally and promptly Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document software What We Offer: Competitive salary & benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) Friendly, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a developing practice area #J-18808-Ljbffr Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer, P.A.
