Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.#CSCPHiringNowResponsibilitiesDrive the identification, prioritization, and realization of AI-native architecture patterns and practices across the Cloud and AI (C+AI) supply chain.Connect business needs to intelligent workflows and contextual intelligence to deliver measurable efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply chain strategies using data-driven solutions.Foster innovation and operational excellence through the application of advanced methodologies.Provide leadership in scaling AI capabilities and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain processes.Design and execute initiatives to optimize supply chain performance metrics and outcomes.Align global teams and stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations, leading to end-to-end enhancemenQualificationsRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.Other RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR equivalent experience.Six Sigma CertificationExperience leading large-scale business transformation, AI adoption, digital modernization, or process improvement initiatives across complex supply chain or operational environments.Strong understanding of data-driven decision making, knowledge management, business intelligence, and the role of contextual information in enabling effective AI and intelligent workflows.Demonstrated success identifying, scaling, and institutionalizing best practices through governance, operating models, training programs, and organizational change management.Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks to drive outcomes.Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, translating business challenges into AI-enabled opportunities.Supply Chain Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
