Qualifications: Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self-control and tact in dealing with co-workers, staff and residents Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity Background Screening Requirement: This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
