Occupational Therapist – Home Health (Contract) – 10 Weeks Location: California 95901 Pay: $2,351 – $2,635/week (+ mileage reimbursement) Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8‑hour shifts) Setting: Home Health (experience preferred, not required) Position Summary & Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy interventions in home settings Support functional, physical, and cognitive rehabilitation Coordinate care and discharge planning with interdisciplinary team Complete timely documentation and supervise assistants Requirements Education & Experience Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (Required) Home health experience (Preferred) Licensure & Certifications Active Occupational Therapy license in California (Required) BLS/CPR certification (Required) Valid Driver’s License; must be 21+ (Required) Additional Information Must comply with all vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions may apply) #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
