Programmatic Trader

Scale Marketing is excited to grow our Programmatic Trading team! The Trader position is at the heart of Scale’s digital business, providing a unique link between buying and analysis functions. This role works collaboratively with Leadership, Client Services (and Clients), Data Analytics, and Operations teams. The successful candidate will be empowered to trade, execute, and optimize programmatic and social media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of business. Key Responsibilities Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing optimizations. Prepare internal and external reports based on the required client cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Execute daily buying and bidding across DSPs and social platforms. Create, manage, and report on digital campaigns. Leverage internal campaign management and business intelligence tools. Partner with internal teams on ad operations, pre-campaign analysis, post-campaign reporting, and troubleshooting. Deliver insights that grow client business and help surpass KPIs. Qualifications Experience with DSPs (Viant, StackAdapt, Trade Desk), social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), and Google Campaign Manager preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets in Excel and BI tools. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mentality.
