Multifamily HVAC Technician

Lafayette, LA
Full-Time | Immediate Hire

We are currently seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Technician for an apartment community in Lafayette, LA. We are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who can work independently, handle work orders efficiently, and help maintain the property to the highest standards.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
MUST be HVAC Certified and MUST have previous Multifamily/Apartment Maintenance experience.
Candidates without BOTH qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements:

✔ HVAC Certification REQUIRED (EPA Universal preferred)
✔ Previous Multifamily/Apartment Maintenance experience REQUIRED
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
✔ Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
✔ Reliable transportation and strong attendance
✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
✔ Own tools
