Plant Maintenance & Facilities Leader (On-Call)

RedDOT Corporation in Washington state is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor who owns equipment reliability and overall plant readiness. This hands-on leader sets maintenance schedules, guides technicians, and coordinates with outside vendors to keep production running safely. The role is on-call across nights and weekends.
