Central Machinery Sales, located in Sunnyside, WA, is looking for a Service Technician to join their team! Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs products or equipment while also engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Job Duties

· Engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and explain product features

· Selling products, delivering and installing equipment on-site and ensuring customers receive the purchased items

· Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with products or equipment, performing repairs, and replacing parts as needed

· Performing routine maintenance, preventative care and basic repairs on equipment or products

· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests and inventory

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, explain technical information and build rapport

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines

· Ability to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and close sales

Qualifications

· Proficiency in the technical aspects of the products or services, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

· Minimum 3 years experience

· Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly and retain information

· Must have a strong attention to detail.

· Ability to communicate easily with others in both oral and written form.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly $30-$45 per hour

We are a full service dealer for Case Construction and CaseIH Agriculture equipment featuring factory trained and equipped service personnel for in the field or in the shop repairs. We carry over $4.5 million in parts inventory, including concrete/contractor supplies. Central Machinery Sales is your dealer for the following product lines: Case IH, Case Construction, Kuhn, JCB, Schulte, Great Plains, MacDon, Freeman, JBS Spreaders, Yanmar, Allied Construction Products, PSM, Unverferth, Indeco, Degelman and many others.
