Housekeeper Wanted - Experienced Housekeeper Needed In Jacksonville, Florida $20/Hour

Hello, I am seeking a reliable housekeeper to help maintain our home on the Westside, in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate should be thoroughly experienced in cleaning, pays close attention to details and "preferably uses a checklist" ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized. Responsibilities will include dusting window blinds and furniture, cleaning baseboards, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms and kitchen; clean doors and windows occasionally. We need someone with a background check, that is trustworthy, respectful, professional, can work independently and efficiently, with a keen eye for cleanliness. My husband and I keep a clean and clutter free home, with no pets or children making a mess. We do not wear shoes in our home or eat all over the house. We always clean up behind ourselves. We do not leave dirty dishes on the table or in the sink. We put our clothes away. We need routine scheduled maintenance once every 3 or 4 weeks. Our offer is approximately $20.00 per hour because we provide all cleaning supplies, vacuum, cleaning rags, swifter dusters and duster with a long pole, Clorox toilet brush, shower and tile brush, and a steam mop. The hourly fee is negotiable, but that is contingent upon the level of professionalism and experience you bring to the table. Professionals always use a checklist!
