Responsibilities include assessing patients accurately, administering prescribed medications, and delivering age-appropriate care. The role requires patient education , prioritization , and assisting with procedures, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and dignity. Key Duties Assess patient conditions and formulate care plans. Administer medications and perform treatments using nursing knowledge. Communicate effectively with the care team and assist physicians with procedures. Address psychosocial needs, including family education and social services coordination. Practice cost-effective resource management and promote safety. Engage in lifelong professional learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
