Job Summary
Looking for a position in retail where you can grow and have a work-life balance? We have the best hours in retail and an environment that encourages growth, and values every team member's well-being!

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate (15-20 hrs per week) with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, ability to provide excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality.

• 
  Deliver outstanding customer service : Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products.


• Will assist in backroom stocking, taking inventory, jugging seed, and maintaining cleanliness of the front and back. 


• Retail sales experience preferred,


• Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service,


• Must be able to consistently lift 20-50 lbs., 


• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet,


• Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided).

Qualifications

• Seeking a backyard bird feeding hobbyist or someone who has an Interest in backyard bird feeding or nature lover.


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.


• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing, weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.

Compensation: $13.00 - $13.00 per hour
