Job Summary:
Telemetric Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse (RN) in Springfield, Missouri. This position involves providing specialized inpatient telehealth care across medical and surgical units within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, Missouri
• Specialty: Telehealth Medical Surgical Float (TELE MS FLOAT)
• Certifications: Current RN License that meets the criteria for licensure in Missouri or is currently licensed in Missouri; BLS from AHA; NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start if not already possessed)
• Experience: 0 years minimum required; 1 year of inpatient telehealth experience preferred
• Schedule: Nights, 1900-0700, with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains professional accountability, evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and exposure to blood and body fluids. Must be flexible with schedules and shifts.
• Position Notes: This is an auto-offer role, with guaranteed weekly hours of 36 or 48. RTO requests are made after the first week, and holiday RTO is limited to one per assignment.
