Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and consultancy to Microsoft end-users and enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues within the Information Technology (IT) ecosystem.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, expert-driven technical solutions in Swedish.
• Document technical resolutions accurately within our CRM and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal IT engineering teams to resolve escalated technical matters efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft software developments, cloud solutions , and IT service standards.
• Ensure all service level agreements ( SLAs ) are met with precision and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Proven interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Availability for on-site employment in Athens, Greece, to support our growing portfolio of Swedish-speaking jobs.
