Job Summary Prepares, distributes and controls sterile and non-sterile supplies, equipment, and instrumentation. Assists the patient care team to provide and maintain customer service focus essential for smooth operations. Work Experience Previous experience in a Central Sterile Supply Technician position preferred. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High school diploma, certification as Certified Registered Central Services Technician (CRCST). Skills & Abilities effectively convey verbal and written information; follow directions; respond to emergency situations appropriately; adapt hours of availability to variable and changing needs of the hospital, including all shifts; effectively function as a member of a collaborative team; organize and manage time effectively, setting appropriate priorities; comply with The Joint Commission and OSHA standards; be self-directed and capable to carry out assignments with limited supervision; assist in on-the-job training of new team members. Benefits Full-Time Evening (7:30pm-11:30pm) Pay Range: $20.47 - $28.64/hr.
