• Centrally located to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis
About the Job:
• Full Time, Permanent
• Seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois
• Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in Peoria
• The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery
• Opportunity for academic and/or research
• Clinic Hours are Mon ‚Äì Fri 8 AM ‚Äì 6 PM and Sat 9 AM ‚Äì 4 PM
• Candidates must be trained in Family Medicine, have additional training in Occupational Medicine
• Our Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-Ins
