Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active licensure in Ohio as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered
• School-based experience with K–12, pediatric, or early childhood populations
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative team spirit and commitment to student growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a range of K–12 students with varying needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
