As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in a fast-paced kitchen environment working alongside a large team of cooks to deliver exceptional food quality. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout your shift. This role requires flexibility to work regular evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety guidelines and compliance requirements
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in food preparation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Proficient knife skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and basic cooking techniques
• Effective communication skills
