About the Job As a Live Studio Host, you’ll be the on-camera face of the brand, bringing energy, authenticity, and creativity to every live stream and digital marketing content. You’ll showcase Lug’s lifestyle and travel products through engaging storytelling, trend-based content, and dynamic live presentations. From hosting live shopping shows on multiple platforms to filming content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, you’ll connect with our community, drive sales, and help grow the Lug brand through fun, interactive, and impactful content. Host and present the brand’s Lug’s streaming channel with enthusiasm and professionalism. Create engaging and authentic content for TikTok and other social media platforms, including product features, behind-the-scenes clips, and trend-based videos. Maintain positive relationships with the national and local community, fostering strong brand engagement. Work on site (in Orlando, FL) promoting lifestyle products at various venues and locations within the downtown core, parks, and many more. Ensure thorough, advance preparation of live show content, including commercials, technical arrangements, and show elements. Be sales-oriented and innovative - using creative approaches, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive sales. Organize inventory and prepare products on site for LugLive shows and social shoots. Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to execute daily, weekly, and monthly promotional strategies. Work closely with Merchandising & Live Selling Team to develop quality stories, features, and product segments. Generate excitement and energy around all Lug products through creative presentation and authentic engagement. Assist in maintaining and updating social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting. Support content planning, scheduling, and engagement tracking across all platforms.
