What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate sterile processing department activities to meet patient care demands
• Manage inventory levels of OR supplies, ensuring optimal stock without disruptions
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of operating room equipment
• Supervise staff, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with standards
• Assist with training and developing department personnel
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation
• Support the preoperative process by ensuring efficient supply and equipment distribution
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

What You NeedRequired:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing or surgical tech experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Certification as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST
• Experience leading a sterile processing team or in a surgical setting
