Multiple Positions Available

What You'll Do

As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting student success by:

• Providing one-on-one and classroom support under the direction of teachers and special education staff
• Assisting students with academic tasks, behavioral goals, and social-emotional development
• Supporting the implementation of IEPs, accommodations, and classroom interventions
• Encouraging student participation, engagement, and independence throughout the school day
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to help students reach their goals
• Helping create a positive, supportive learning environment for all students

Qualifications
Required

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare, behavioral health, therapy settings, or related environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and classroom environments
• Ability to complete school district onboarding and compliance requirements

Preferred

• School-based experience
• Experience supporting students with special needs
• Behavioral support experience
