A leading global investment bank is looking to add a Vice President to its highly regarded Real Estate Equity Research team, covering the REIT universe.

This is an opportunity to join a well established platform with a strong institutional client base, working alongside one of the most respected teams in the sector.

You'll play a key role in producing differentiated investment research, engaging directly with institutional investors, and helping shape investment views across a broad range of listed real estate companies.

Requirements:

• Several years of equity research experience covering REITs or listed real estate.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience interacting with institutional investors and corporate management teams.
• Ability to generate differentiated investment ideas in a fast paced environment.
• FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain them) are preferred.
