Warehouse Supervisor, Victorville, CA The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material movement. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads through training, performance management, and employee engagement. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Ensure compliance with GMP standards, PPE requirements, company policies, OSHA regulations, and all safety procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory control processes. Monitor and communicate key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and service. Manage workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and labor utilization to meet operational requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained and inspected. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and warehouse best practices. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies. Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or manufacturing environments.
