Sears Parts Direct is currently recruiting permanent Full-time and Part-time In-Store Sales Associates for our Appliance Parts Stores in the Aurora store. Qualifications

Job Requirements:

· Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Skills:

· Previous customer service experience in store environment

· Previous suggestive sales experience
