Global Trade Project Coordinator (Hybrid, Part-Time)

Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid: remote + onsite as needed)
Schedule: Part-time 15–20 hours/week with  required availability split across mornings and evenings (to support international/Europe time zones)

Pay: $34.11/hr

A fast-moving global sourcing team is hiring a  Project Coordinator to support a recurring monthly supplier rollout process tied to international purchasing and payment workflows. This hybrid  Project Coordinator role focuses on project task execution, cross-functional communication, scheduling, documentation control, and timeline tracking. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including Ireland-based partners, so strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of supplier rollout waves by managing and completing assigned project tasks
• Act as the communication link between internal team members, the project manager, and external suppliers/partners (including Ireland/Europe stakeholders)
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate follow-ups, and keep action items moving
• Maintain project plans, trackers, status reporting, and documentation control with strong version accuracy
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks; escalate blockers and drive next steps
• Proofread project communications and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional quality
• Provide general project administration support (notes, agendas, deliverables, meeting coordination)

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in  project coordination, project administration, or office administration
• Strong  Excel skills (tracking, updates, reporting, organizing data)
• Exceptional written communication with  proofreading strength and high attention to detail
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures; able to maintain momentum with external partners
• Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive with follow-up (“progress chasing” mindset)
• Able to work independently with some ambiguity and consistently meet deadlines
• Experience supporting procurement, global trade, pharmaceutical supply chain, SAP/user workflows, or vendor/supplier coordination is a plus (but  project coordination is the priority )
